Oliver Kuropatwa Biography
Oliver David Kuropatwa (born 17th January 1974) is a founding partner of Kuropatwa Ltd, a London based property development and construction business.
Education
Oliver attended Cowarth Park primary followed by Stubbington House Prep School. At 13 Oliver went to Hampton School. Oliver was an undergraduate at Peterhouse, Cambridge University and graduated with MA (Hons).
Career
Oliver began his career in investment banking at Schroders. He worked as a general equity salesman in the securities division for approx. 4 years. He resigned and emigrated to South Africa where, after a brief period of mining and prospecting, he co-founded a diamond cutting and polishing factory that became the leading supplier of locally manufactured diamonds to the domestic jewellery business and a leading customer of the South African Government’s diamond marketing operation.
Later, Oliver returned to the UK and co-founded Kuropatwa Ltd, a London based property development and construction business.
Interests
Oliver was a keen rower at school and university where he stroked Cambridge against Oxford in the University Lightweight Boat Race. Oliver has played the drums for many years.
